Registration Policies
Instructions and Tips for registration…PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO INITIAL THAT YOU HAVE READ THE INSTRUCTIONS AND POLICIES, UNDERSTAND AND AGREE on the registration page.
- When creating your group’s registration, please be prepared to register one adviser per 12 students. NASSP requires 1 adviser, principal, or school personnel per 12 students.
- Please be prepared to register all students when creating your group. Simply adding an adviser name does not guarantee your group’s registration or “seats” for each of your students and advisers. There are a limited number of seats available, and this conference sells out quickly.
- If you plan to pay by check, when arriving at the payment page you MUST click “Check to Follow” so we know you plan to attend.
- All payments must be received in the NASSP office by December 12th
- ***Attendance is not confirmed for your group until payment has been received.
SUBSTITUTIONS AND BADGE REPRINTS POLICY
- Substitutions needed after February 6th must be made by emailing [email protected]. Should you need to make substitutions after February 6th we ask that you email the information as soon as possible so we may update the registration and prepare the badge (this takes time).
- Substitutions made onsite will incur a $25.00 fee per substitution.
- Badge reprinting onsite will incur a $25 reprint fee. Should a student or adviser go by a nickname, please make sure you enter this nickname when registering the attendee. We appreciate your attention to this.
REGISTRATION POLICY
- Registration will close on Monday, January 12th OR when the conference reaches capacity.
- Cancelled registrations are not eligible for a refund. If a registrant is unable to attend the conference for any reason, you may substitute another student or adviser to attend in their place by logging in to their registration before February 6, 2026.

Reservations reserved using Hotel Booking Link:
- When booking your reservations online, please use the link provided below (link will be available Monday, September 22, 2025). A valid credit card is required to guarantee all reservations. If your school or county’s credit card expires on December 31, 2025, please contact the Hilton’s in-house reservations team at 202-483-3000, or email Lonice McMillan at [email protected] or Adey Solomon at [email protected] to update your payment method. Your reservations will be canceled if an updated and valid method of payment is not received by January 19, 2025.
- A maximum of 50 rooms can be booked under the same name using the hotel booking link. Please refer to Single/Double and Triple/Quad rates above.
Reservations booked using Housing Room Template:
- If you plan to pay for your hotel rooms via check and do not have a valid credit card, do NOT use the link to book your hotel reservations. Please complete the housing room template and complete all required details and send to Lonice McMillan at [email protected] and Adey Solomon at [email protected] as soon as possible. They will kindly make your reservation, send you confirmation numbers and send you an invoice for payment of your hotel rooms.
- If any of your hotel rooms include triple or quad occupancy, please do NOT book your rooms using the online link. Rather, please complete the housing room template with all required details and send to Lonice McMillian at [email protected] and Adey Solomon at [email protected] as soon as possible. There is no place to add a third or fourth occupant to a reservation when booking online. They will kindly make your reservation(s), send you confirmation numbers and an invoice for payment of your hotel rooms.

Pre or Post Event Dates:
